A lot of companies are vying for a spot in this crowded cloud marketplace. But you want to be sure that your technology partners never have to make a business decision based on anything other than answering this question: What is the best solution for this particular client?
Since joining SHI in 1989, my top priorities have always been to ensure that SHI's fiscal responsibility and strength remain among the most respected in our industry. And that we always focus on the long-term strength of our mutually beneficial partnerships with customers and partners.
While we're not a publicly traded company, we DO answer to our customers. That's why we feel it's important to share our numbers to maintain the transparency that we believe is crucial to building and maintaining strong bonds with clients.
SHI added the industrial-grade cloud to our suite of IT products and services in August. Of course, we had internal projections for revenue growth and staffing, but no business has a crystal ball. That's why when we recently wrapped up our fiscal year and crunched the numbers, we were happy to see that they looked great. We announced those results in a news release.
Thanks again to our partners, customers, and employees for making 2011 a great year. We're looking forward to a fantastic 2012!
